Design review of AEM electrolyser stacks for a large multi-partner European hydrogen programme. A nickel-90% bipolar plate specification carried an 8-month sourcing constraint against a 3-month build window. The design was pivoted before prototyping instead of after.

Certification pathway mapped before architecture freeze

Regulatory and testing strategy for a solid oxide electrolyser developer. Certification requirements were mapped to the product architecture at TRL 4 rather than TRL 6, so qualification tests were designed into the build plan instead of discovered after freeze.
